Lee County assistant county manager Doug Meurer released a memo to the Lee County Board of County Commissioners along with a 42-page document about the efforts to keep the Minnesota Twins in Lee County for at least 30 more years.

The Development Agreement and new Lease for improvements to the Lee County Sports Complex will be an agenda item at the November 6, 2012 Lee County Commissioners meeting. The final Development Agreement and Lease have not yet been completed by the County Attorney’s office and Twins representation, but are expected to be available next week.
