Local musician and longtime Spring Festival emcee Danny Stephenson, 57, from a massive stroke. Stephenson had been a member of the Lehigh Acres Spring Festival for several years. He was known not only for his music, but for his emceeing many of the activities on the large outside stage during the Spring Festival. He performed music all throughout Southwest Florida.

Stephenson also was known by thousands of people who have attended the Lehigh Spring Festival during the years. He was the entertainment director and treasurer on the Festival board of directorsTonight the community honored Danny Stephenson’s life with the Heart of Lehigh award
