East Pointe Medical Office Sells for $10.5 Million

American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, Inc. purchased the East Pointe Medical Office at 1530 Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres, FL from AW Property Co. and MedProperties for $10.5 million, or about $303 per square foot.

The 34,650-square-foot office building was constructed in 1994 on six-tenths of an acre in the Lehigh Medical Plaza. It was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale with tenants from different segments of the medical field.
