Eugen Borosch, who is he?

Is Eugen Borosch, King of the Poor, User of Politicians, The Burgermeister of Lehigh, a Bad Businessman or just the Puppet Master of Lehigh Acres?
Borosch and his company Kings Greens Development Company, LLC refused to pay condominium and assessment fees of over $500,000 dollars payable to Kings Greens at Majestic Condominium Association, Inc. of Lehigh Acres. As one might suspect, not paying these fees placed an enormous burden on all of the other members of the association. But did the ”King of the Poor” worry about these poor people?
Early this year the President of the Condominium Association Melissa Dortch at the direction of her board reminded the ”User of Politicians” that he owed the condominium association over a half of a million dollars and he must pay up or they would foreclosure on the property.
By this time, Borosch had an $820,000 mortgage placed on the property held by Hilcone, LLC. Yes, you guessed it, Hilcone, LLC is owned by ”The Burgermeister of Lehigh” himself Eugen, and his wife Conchita Borosch and Hildegard Goertz.
According to Public records on June 18, 2012 Kings Greens Development Company, LLC magically satisfied the $820,000 mortgage including 8.75% interest to Hilcone, LLC.
Continuing to refuse to pay the condominium and assessment fees the ” Burgermeister of Lehigh” got his attorney John M. Morgan, who in 2009 became the manager of Kings Greens Development Company, LLC to sign over the property in lieu of foreclosure to Kings Greens at Majestic Condominium Association, Inc. on June 19, 2012, without ever paying a dime of the condominium and assessment fees he owed to the association. Just one of the many ”Puppet Master of Lehigh Acres” games, buy something, dance around and then refuse to pay for it?
According to the Lee County Tax Collector Larry Hart, records show the Kings Greens Development Company, LLC never paid their property taxes on the five years they owned the property. And now have stuck the property tax bill to the Condominium Association for over $50,000 dollars.
During my research I noticed that Kings Greens Development Company, LLC was dissolved by the State of Florida on September 24, 2010. And has not paid the State of the Florida the proper fees and or fines for doing business for the past two years, just another one of the ”Bad Businessman’s” oversights? HUH?
P.S. The Burgermeister gets pissed off when people do not pay him, how about the $550,000 the Burgermeister still owes others in this community.
