Fox 4 Reporter Arrested

RUPOLO, JOHN DENNIS

A Fox 4 news reporter is accused of violating a restraining order.

Cape Coral Police arrested John Rupolo early Friday morning for violating a domestic violence order of protection.

Rupolo is now facing a misdemeanor and will go before a judge in February.

Rupolo posted a $15,000 Cash/Surety Bond.

When asked about Rupolo’s status, Fox 4 management responded by saying “Mr. Rupolo is no longer employed by WFTX and we have no further comment regarding this issue.”
