Update at 10:54 p.m. Lee Blvd is now back open

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Department Lee Boulevard is shut down in both directions after a hit-and-run accident

The accident happened near the intersection of Lee and Sunshine Boulevard.

We’ll let you know when the roadway opens back up.
