Lee Memorial Health System is Looking for Letters of Support

Here is the information on the letters of support we need to help gain approval for our certificate of need application for the South Lee County hospital.

AHCA prefers letters that are signed but an email letter can be sent as well.
All letters should be addressed to AHCA but sent to LMHS as we will submit them with our CON application in April.

Letters should be addressed to:

We would like all letters to be mailed or emailed to LMHS by April 1, 2013.
I have also attached a sample letter that people can use as a guide.
