The Lehigh Acres Gazette’s open house had nearly 60 people attend Thursday night, Oct. 18, 2012. Robert Anderson, Gazette publisher, said he was very pleased with the large turn out. Anderson said he wanted to thank the guests who attended the event and the business partners who gave door and raffle prizes for the occasion.

Anderson, during the open house, repeated the Gazette slogan “Where local always matters.”

“We are the only local newspaper in Lehigh Acres,” he said.
