Lehigh Spring Meeting
November 5

Dear Editor,

At the last Lee County Board of County Commissioners meeting, to which many of you attended, the Board agreed to meet on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. to discuss Lehigh Spring and try to find a way for it to be purchased.

Your strong presence at this meeting would show continued solidarity.  The meeting is to be held in the Board Meeting Room.  I don’t believe we are allowed to speak, but being there sends a strong message.

Please forward this to whomever you feel would contribute to showing that our community supports Lehigh Spring for the right decision to be made with regard to purchasing this unique property that has archeological value, Old Florida Oak Hammock Park area, Lehigh Spring which affects our aquifer, and an historic site that will impact tourism.  Our
Board has been actively involved in Lehigh Spring and we pray this will continue so we can see this become a reality, not just for Lehigh Acres, but for Lee County.

If you can’t attend, please find someone to take your place.

See you there.

When:            Monday, November 5, 2012
Time:             1:30 p.m.
Where:           Lee County Board of County Commissioners meeting room.

Ruth Anglickis
