Christopher Valentine

Lehigh Acres Middle School is pleased to announce student Christopher Valentine earned Second Place for the Earth and Planetary Science (Junior 6-8 Division) in the 56th Thomas Alva Edison Regional Science Fair.  Christopher’s project was selected for Second Place out of nearly 400 science projects submitted from the county to the Fair. Christopher was honored for his achievement on February 6, 2013 in a ceremony held at FGCU’s Alico Arena.

The Administration, Faculty and Staff from Lehigh Acres Middle School recently worked the counter and kitchen at McDonald’s Restaurant on Homestead Road in Lehigh Acres as part of a fundraiser for the school.  In conjunction with McDonald’s Corporation faculty, staff and administrators worked in McDonald’s from 5:00-8:00 pm on February 6th cooking and serving meals to patrons.  “It was a lot of fun and everyone had a good time.  We are very appreciative of McDonald’s Restaurant for their continued support of our school” said proud Principal Joe Pitura
