James David Miller, age 36, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, was born September 18, 1981, went home to be with the Lord on November 25, 2017.
Funeral services will be held at Labelle Baptist Temple, Dec. 9, 2017, at 9:30 am. Interment will be at the Fort Denaud Cemetery, in Fort Denaud, Florida.

Ralph Edward Boettger, 95, of Lehigh Acres, FL. was called home to the Lord while at Hope Hospice, on Nov 10, 2017.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, Nov 14th at 2 pm in the Dining Room at The Fountain Crest Retirement Community in Lehigh Acres.

Elsie Louise Rice, 88, of Lehigh Acres, Florida passed away peacefully September 2, 2017. She was born October 24, 1928, and preceded in death by her husband, Donald H. Rice, April 3, 1987. They were active residents of Harvard, Illinois most of their lives. She was the second youngest of nine children born to Edmund Samuel and Hazel Opel Bentley.
Survivors include three children: Connie (Terry) Welke of Ramona, CA, Kristy (Rod) Sytsma of Poulsbo, WA and Don Rice II of Lehigh Acres, FL; four grandchildren Brad Welke, Brent Welke, Regan Sytsma and Brandon Sytsma; 9 great grandchildren Payton, Paige & Wade Welke, Eli, Alyssa & Xavier Welke, Zack, Peyton & Matt Sytsma. She is also survived by one sister, Iva Braun; three sisters-in-law; cousins and many nieces and nephews.
Elsie was a farm girl in her youth, graduated from Harvard High School and married Don Rice November 2, 1946. They were married 41 years. Her greatest joy was her family. Although she worked outside the home, her primary responsibility and joy was as a homemaker. She was happiest when cooking, baking or interacting with her grandchildren. The kids always found cookies in her cookie jar. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Roma Marie Knieriemen – Anderson – Schraven, 75, of Lehigh Acres, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2017 at Hope Hospice in Lehigh Acres.

Roma was born in Attica, Ohio to Calvin and Pearl Knieriemen on Feb 2, 1942. Roma was the daughter of farmers, descendants of German immigrants who came to Ohio by covered wagon from Pennsylvania.
She grow up in a converted schoolhouse with her older brother, Harold. Where she work on the farm with her mother and helped her father with his heating, plumbing, and LP gas business.
Roma graduated high school from Attica High School in 1959. In February of 1962, she graduated in the seventh graduating class of Sandusky School of Practical Nursing. She was employed after graduation by Bucyrus Community Hospital. On June 3, 1963, she married Gerald J. Anderson. They had a son and daughter together. In 1972 the Anderson’s moved to Lehigh Acres, Florida.
Roma had a career in nursing with Lehigh General, Fort Myers Community and later with East Pointe Hospital in Lehigh Acres. Roma had a career as an L.P.N. that lasted over 35 years.
In 1993 Roma get married to Fredrick Schraven.
Roma is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Harold Knieriemen and her second husband Fredrick Schraven.
Roma is survived by her children Robert Anderson and Susan Anderson, her grandchildren Jacob Anderson and Kelsey Anderson.

Thomas Foryt, 65 of Lehigh Acres went to be with his lord suddenly, but peacefully on October 25, 2016. He is survived by his wife Laurel, two daughters Katie (Jon), Sarah (Ron Spehar), his granddaughter Lila and a sister Kathleen Taylor. Jacqui Chevalier Hill, 54, of Lehigh Acres, FL died on August 22, 2016 at Hope Hospice, Lehigh Acres. She was born on June 29, 1962 in Malden, MA.
A resident of Lee County since 2000, she was an English teacher and former IT Project Manager at NCR Corporation, she previously lived in Stoneham, MA.
She is survived by her children, Mark Kelly Hill Jr. and Adrienne Jay Hill, both of Lehigh Acres, FL, her mother, Patricia D. Chevalier and her husband, Edmond of FL, her father, Theodore Peabody of NH, her sister, Cheryl Stone of IL, her stepbrothers, Brian E. Chevalier of CO, John M. Chevalier of VT, Daniel R. Chevalier of VT, her stepsisters, Tamara J. Heath of VT, Shari Huss of VT and nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Hope Hospice, 1201 Wings Way, Lehigh Acres, FL.

Paula Bonacolta, 63, of Lehigh Acres, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Angelo Bonacolta; parents John & Thomasina Schwerer; and her son Thomas. She worked for over 14 years at the Lehigh Elementary School library.
Paula is survived by her son Michael Bonacolta; brother John Schwerer; 2 sisters Elaine Schwerer and Susan (Andy) Seltzer; brother & sisters-in-law Charlie & Erika Bonacolta, Debra & Jodie Bonacolta; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.

Lillian P. (Plasse) Beauregard, 86 of Lehigh Acres, entered into eternal life on Friday July 29, 2016. She was the wife of the late Oscar J Beauregard. She was born on May 3rd, 1930 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island the daughter of the late Edouard and Laura (Jacob) Plasse. Lillian was predeceased by her brother Roland Plasse and her sisters Jeannette Gauthier, Therese Monaghan, Lucille Desaulniers, Evelyn Boucher, and Muriel Plasse. She is survived by her sisters Yvette Piette and Helen Menoche. She is also survived by her daughters Linda Scott of Enfield, CT and Nancy George of Broad Brook, CT, grandchildren Tracy Krape (Steve), Cindy Blazys (Lenny), Benjamin Scott, Christopher Brodeur (Sheila), Holly Surrette (Bill), Rachel Goulet (Warren), Brandon George (Amanda), Aram Brodeur, Cherilee Bolieau (Roger), Candy George (Matthew) many great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. In addition Lillian is survived by the many loyal friends she made during her years in Florida.
Lillian retired in 1987 after working for 33 years as a microfiche technician in the insurance field. She enjoyed her time and leadership positions at the AMVETS Auxiliary Post 18 when she lived in Connecticut. After she moved to Florida, she found joy in her volunteer work with 19 years as part of the hospital auxiliary and 26 years at the Lehigh Senior Center. She greeted members, enjoyed making crafts, being part of the theatre group and baking homemade cookies for special events.
A celebration and remembrance of Lillian’s life will be held on Wednesday August 3, 2016 4:00 pm – 6:00pm at Gendron Funeral home, 2701 Lee Boulevard, Lehigh Acres. There will be a service on Thursday morning at 9:30 am at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2514 Lee Boulevard Lehigh Acres.
