Rehabilitation Center Receives National Recognition

The American Health Care Association (AHCA), recognized Lehigh Acres Health & Rehabilitation with the National Bronze Quality Award—Commitment to Quality.

The National Quality Award Program provides a pathway for providers of long term care to follow, in order to achieve performance excellence. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Baldridge Performance Excellence Program. Applicants are judged by trained examiners who provide feedback on opportunities for improvement, to support continuous learning and the achievement of quality excellence. The set of criteria required to receive this award is very stringent, and only 404 facilities in the country have been awarded the National Bronze Quality Award.

Lehigh Acres Health & Rehabilitation provides short term rehabilitation services, outpatient care, complex care, requiring RN/LPN coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a years, an innovative wound care program and IV therapy.
